Button life testing ensures PTT buttons endure 100,000 to 2,000,000 presses, while plug-in force & life testing checks connector durability during repeated use.

Salt spray testing validates corrosion resistance; constant temperature & humidity testing (with equipment ranging from -70°C) ensures performance in harsh climates, including -55°C storage and -40°C battery discharge-only operation.
